Any terms we use in this Policy without defining them have the definitions given to them in the Terms of Service. This Privacy Policy applies only to this Website and the Services and not to any third-party sites. Any information you provide to a User outside of the Services is not subject to this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy covers how we treat Personal Data that we gather when you access or use our Services. "Personal Data" means any information that identifies or relates to a particular individual and also includes information referred to as "personally identifiable information" or "personal information" under applicable data privacy laws, rules, or regulations. We may collect your name, date of birth, your photo, email address, postal address, phone number, billing information, form responses, demographics, current and prior appointments details, passwords, and share information. If you use our mobile application, either to book an appointment, we may also collect your mobile device ID, your precise location data, and the search locations you select. You can check or edit your personal data that you have provided to us at any time by going to the "Profile" > "Account Details" tab. When you visit our Sites, some information is automatically collected. When you visit our Sites, we may automatically collect your location, computer operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address, access times, browser type and language, and the website you visited before our Sites. - To improve and develop the Services, including testing, research, analysis and product development.
- Protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity. By providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive direct dial calls, autodialed and prerecorded message calls, and text messages from us relating to our product and services at that number.
- To comply with our legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To respond to law enforcement requests and as required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulations.
